We do our best to ensure your handcrafted jewelry arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping details below:
Processing Time - Customer Orders
All orders are handmade and processed within 5-7 business days before shipping. Please note that during peak times or sales, processing may take a bit longer.
Processing Time - Wholesale Orders
All orders are handmade and processing can take between 4-6 weeks depending on the size of the Order. Please note that during peak times or sales, processing may take a bit longer. Once your order is received you will be emailed an approximate delivery date.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and package size. Standard shipping speeds apply unless otherwise arranged.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international locations. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS) using your tracking number.

After the claim has been filed and processed by the carrier, we are happy to work with you to replace the lost or stolen item.
