Refund & Return Policy

(Returns/Refunds are not accepted on wholesale orders)

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lganndesigns@outlook.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not accept returns on custom orders or sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping of $5.00.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at lganndesigns@outlook.com, within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll take care of it right away.
